1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed only after full payment has been received and confirmed.
• Processing time usually takes 1–7 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Customized or personalized products may require additional time, which will be communicated during order confirmation.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

• We ship across India via trusted courier partners.
• Estimated delivery time:
  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Non-Metro Areas: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, courier service availability, and external factors such as weather or festive seasons.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders unless stated otherwise during promotions.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract an additional handling fee, which will be displayed at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking details.
• You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Delays & Exceptions

• MSB Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by:
  • Natural disasters, strikes, or lockdowns.
  • Courier service disruptions or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

6. International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are accepted and shipped within India only.

7. Address Accuracy

• Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing an order.
• Any additional charges for re-shipping due to incorrect details will be borne by the customer.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
• In case of lost packages, we will work with the courier to investigate and provide a resolution.
